We have been supporting our clients in critical professional situations since 1999.

No two careers are alike. This is partly due to the circumstances under which we start our professional careers. For example, someone who joins a large corporation will find themselves in a fundamentally different environment than someone who joins a medium-sized company. While large companies may offer long career paths, a lot of bureaucracy and complicated power structures, medium-sized companies are characterised by a proverbial informality, short decision-making processes and, with luck, genuine, direct entrepreneurship.

But which is better? There is no clear answer to this question, because this is where the second component of a successful career comes in: your own goals. Not everyone wants to be a board member or CEO, or even a manager. 
We therefore see our task as providing our clients with individual support in specific career situations and in planning their future careers. We always come into play when a person has reached a decisive point in their professional development. 

We want individuals to recognise their goals, opportunities and qualifications as precisely as well-managed companies do, so that they can then make the right decision and apply the right strategy to deal with the situation.
