Guiding Moderation, Holistic Solutions Perspective

We offer you the better of two worlds. Our workshops are a standard tool for moderation-based analysis and finding solutions. But the classical use of neutral moderation has many opportunities as well as substantial risk: One solely stews in one’s own juices. New approaches or integrating radical, potentially inevitable solutions remain excluded. Potentially delaying required decisions can be extremely disadvantageous.

In case that an organization operates within a defined framework – such as lean management or scrum – we take over the respective roles (scrum master, lean leader etc.).

Preserve the Tried and Tested - and Welcome New Impulses

Our workshop approach is based on the support and acknowledgement of internal recommended solutions and on our experience and, if required, key performance indicator-supported analyses. We take it for granted that we activate your internal solution potential and, where possible, increase added values. In addition, you can expect clear opinions and recommendations, if inalienable facts or necessary adjustments cannot or are not desired to be seen. In short: It is sometimes actually the unheard of, brought in from the outside, which is the solution.

Due to our active role, we call our service “Consulting Workshops”. We ensure that solutions are developed, refined and concretized for implementation from as holistic a perspective as possible. They are as organic as possible and as deductive as necessary.
